There are three ways to submit tickets in our help desk system:
1. Open our help desk site: http://helpdesk.immersiontechnologyservices.com and click Submit a request
2. Open our help desk site: http://helpdesk.immersiontechnologyservices.com sign in to your account and submit a request
3. Write an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
In all the ways, after you submit ticket you'll receive confirmation email.
To continue further conversation in the same ticket, post your replies only to the emails coming from our help desk. The criterion which distinguishes emails from different tickets is id, added to the email@example.com email:
